- What is Japanese style room? Where do I sleep?
- Japanese style room is a room with Tatami flooring. Japanese Futon will be laid out on the floor for you to sleep at night. No beds are provided.

- We are planning to buy the Tobu Free Passes with Edomura Theme Park Pass. This pass includes round trip from Tokyo and unlimited travel trains between Nikko and the Kinugawa Onsen area, as well as buses to the theme parks. Would you please let me know whether your Ryoken is within the bus route?
- Ryokan Funamisou is located near Kosagoe station (10 mins walk), one station away from Kinugawa onsen station. As your pass covers the Kinugawa onsen area, you can get off at Kosage station. Ryokan Funamisou is not on the bus route but is about 15 mins walk from Edomura Theme Park.

- Yes, vegetarian meals can be arranged. Please choose "Funamisou Special Dinner Course" when you reserve and specify your requests for food. Please state clearly in the message box what kinds of ingredients can be and cannot be used and your preferred style of cooking (soup, curry, boil, steam, tempura etc).

- You will pay 10% deposit online through paypal for your reservation. The remaining fee is payable at Ryokan Funamisou. Cash (Yen), Visa and Master cards are accepted.

- Can we check in early let say at 12.00pm?
- If you arrive at 12:00, depending on the situation of that day, we may be able to clean up your room earlier for you to check-in but cannot guarantee. We will try our best but you may have to wait for some time. However, you can always leave your luggage with us first and visit other places.

- Do you provide the Wireless Internet for guest? Is there any nearby public telephone?
- We have wifi access in part of the common area (not in guest room) free of charge. We do not have public phone but you can use the phone in your room to make phone calls. The charge is similar with public phone and you pay when you check out. Please feel free to ask our staff during your stay for more details in using those services.
