- Can you please pick us up at the train station?
- We offer free pick-up service from "Gora" Station. Please call us at +81(0)460-82-2246 when you arrived at Gora station and we will arrive in 5-10 mins. Currently we do not have enough staff so pick-up service is only available after 3pm. If you arrive before 3pm, please come directly by yourselves. Sorry for the inconvenience and thank you very much for your understanding.

- How to use the private onsen?
- There are two type of private onsen bath. One is free of charge (indoor bath only) and can be used whenever it is not occupied. The other one requires extra charges (indoor and outdoor baths) and needs to be reserved. It can be reserved when you check-in or you can also tell us in advance after booking the ryokan if you know the time you want to use it. Guests can use the private onsen for 50 minutes each time.

- Are there showers, bath and/or toilets in the room?
- Toilet is attached but there is no shower nor bath. Onsen bath is open 24 hours.

- The price for each person depends on the room type (standard or sakura), the meals type (standard or upgraded), and the no. of people staying in the room.

- Is it possible to have dinner later than 6pm?
- Dinner is served only at 6pm because of the working hours of our kitchen staff. However, food can be kept for you the latest until 8pm just that the food may get cold by then.

- What are the facilities (hot spring bath, etc), available at your hotel that is included in the price?
- All baths listed here http://www.japanbooking.info/ryokan/kiritani-hakoneso/hot_spring are free for guests except the private outdoor bath which requires extra charge.

- What will you require from us to confirm the reservation? Any cancellation charges such we need to cancel the room due to unforeseeable circumstances?
- Full payment is required on reservation.
Cancellation policy is as follow:
-More than 6 days before check-in: 10%
-2 to 6 days before check-in: 40%
-The day before check-in: 60%
-On the day of check-in: 80%
-No show: 100%

- I will be coming from Kyoto by train. Please advise how to get to your hotel.
- The fastest way is to take the Shinkansen (Bullet train) from Kyoto station to Odawara Station. Be aware that not all bullet train stop at Odawara station. Cost for bullet train is covered if you have the JR Pass. - Are there any places of attraction around?
- If you get the hakone free pass (http://www.japan-guide.com/e/e2358_008.html), you can travel to all major attractions in Hakone easily as the Ryokan is located near Gora, more or less the center place of the free area. Near the Ryokan there are one art museum and one photo museum, and the Gora park, all within walking distance. There are more tourist information at:

- I need to leave early in the morning. Can I have breakfast before 8am?
